Special Events and Activities

The Lutz Children's Museum is all about learning and having fun. You won't want to miss our parties and special events which in the past have included  the "Haunted Museum" on Halloween and the New Year's countdown to 12:00 (noon). Families and children of all ages have enjoyed our Sunday Performance series. We've hosted puppets, magic shows, storytellers, and lots of live music. Sometimes we just want to find out what is happening at some of our favorite museums, zoos, and theaters. When that happens, we gather up about fifty of our closest friends (YOU!) and rent a bus to take us to New York or Boston. Recent trips have included the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, Bronx Zoo, Children's Museum of Boston and the New England Aquarium.
