Group Visits
Groups are encouraged to visit the Lutz Children's Museum. One of our objectives is to expose young children to positive museum experiences and encourage them to explore other cultural and educational venues.
A curator will greet entering groups for a brief welcome and
orientation before the group is free to explore. The group
leader will be provided with self-guided tour materials and
suggested activities.
Educational Philosophy
“The Lutz Children’s Museum was established to
foster imagination, arouse curiosity, and promote museums
as resources for lifelong learning. Our staff of highly qualified
museum curators strives to deliver only extraordinary programs
that stimulate the learner’s senses and promote a love
of learning”.
Groups can make their museum visit even more enjoyable by
booking a Focus Group Program.
Focus Group Programs
allow their group to meet with a curator in the auditorium
for a private program of their choice.
