Volunteer

The museum was founded by volunteers and operated for seven years before they hired their first paid employee.  Today we have about one hundred active volunteers who greet visitors, feed animals, build exhibits, serve on committees, and sustain the museum in many other ways. 

Volunteering at the museum is a great way to meet new friends and build skills all while making a difference in the lives of children.   Whatever your skills or interest, there is always a place for you at the Lutz Children's Museum!
